On December 13th at noon, the Chagrin Falls community will celebrate Wreaths across America Day in the Evergreen Hill Cemetery when we lay remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and say the name of each and every veteran aloud.
Please help our location lay wreaths on all of their graves by clicking the red "Sponsor" button. We invite you, your family and friends, to the ceremony and to participate in the wreath laying that will follow. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT USE THE VOLUNTEER BUTTON. There is no need to register attendance.
To specify a veteran’s gravesite with your donation, contact chagrinwreaths@gmail.com and provide your contact information and the name of the veteran. We have volunteers available to lay the wreath and email a picture to you, if you are unable to do so yourself.
There are currently over 850 veterans interred in the Evergreen Hill and Grove Hill Cemeteries. Our goal is to fully cover their graves and add to our Legacy Fund, which will ensure that our hometown heroes are honored this year as well as in years to come.
